WE TAKE OUR TIME.

Here I am in my van, surrounded by the stunning nature of Switzerland, I can’t help but feel grateful for the life I have chosen. Living in a van and working remotely has given me so much freedom and flexibility. I feel truly free for the first time.

When I first made the decision to embrace this new adventure, I wasn’t sure I would be able to handle the challenges that came with this unconventional lifestyle. But as it turns out, I can safely say it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

One of the best things about it is the freedom it provides. When I get tired of one place, I look at the map and choose another. Why not? I am no longer tied down to a specific location, and I can work from anywhere as long as there is an internet connection. I’ve been able to travel and explore new places, and I’ve had the opportunity to see and experience so much more than I ever would, had I stayed in a traditional job.

But the best part of living ‘wireless’, for me, is the chance to be surrounded every day by the sensational nature of Switzerland. From the towering peaks of the Swiss Alps to the rolling hills and meadows of the countryside, I am constantly in awe of the beauty that surrounds me. And being able to work from anywhere allows me to truly immerse myself in this beauty, whether I’m working from a campsite up in the mountains or from a peaceful meadow next to a babbling brook.

Another aspect of this lifestyle that I love is the chance it gives me to eat healthy food. As I travel across Switzerland, I have the opportunity to try all kinds of delicious, locally-grown products and artisanal foods. One of my favorite is Emmentaler AOP, a natural Swiss cheese that is perfect as a quick snack or added to my sandwich. It’s a healthy food choice that I know is good for my body, and it’s so delicious that I would like to enjoy it every day.

This is the new piece of me that I love to share with the people I meet on my way. And with you.
