WE DESERVE SIMPLICITY.

As a yoga teacher, I understand the importance of balance in all aspects of life.
Th balance between work and relaxation, as well as between exercise and diet. For me, one of the key ways to maintain this harmony is to eat healthy food like Emmentaler AOP cheese.

I love being constantly on the go. I spend my days leading classes, workshops and retreats, and I always strive to give my students my best. Yet, as in any demanding job, I need to take care of myself if I want to keep doing it.
