  • 1 piece red apple
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 50 g mild Emmentaler AOP (strips or sticks)
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts (roasted)
  • 2 piece pitta breads
  • 1 handful baby spinach leaves

Preparation

Halve the apple, remove the core and cut into slices or dice. Drizzle with lemon juice and oil and mix in the Emmentaler AOP and the pine nuts. Toast the pitta breads then fill them with the apple salad and spinach leaves.
