Cut out several large clovers from a thick piece of Emmentaler AOP cheese and place them on a festive ceramic dish.
Now add a small bowl of jam of your choice and jazz up the dish with a handful of each of these tasty garnishes: grapes, almonds, cucumber batons, baby carrots, halved cherry tomatoes, a few slices of salami and Italian tarallini. Be sure to pay attention to the colour combos when arranging your ingredients, so that your cheese board looks as vibrant as possible.
Decorate the cheese board with micro greens such as pea sprouts and add colourful cocktail umbrellas as an eye-catching finish. Now the final party of the year can begin!
