To get to the Emmentaler show dairy in Affoltern, you have to go via the Emmentaler Käsestrasse, or cheese street – a project jointly run by local farmers, cheese dairies, Emmentaler Switzerland and local restaurants and the tourist board. The Emmentaler cheese street provides you with another gateway into the world of Emmentaler AOC.
