When Emmentaler Switzerland asked me to write the music for their new advertising campaign, I said yes straight away. What I particularly liked is that the tradition is there, but it’s tied in with a contemporary feel in a clever way. And that’s also what my new album is about. I’m not suddenly doing a folk music album – I’m trying to represent a modern Switzerland in musical terms. Bligg 2009
